Being Black in a majority White country, like the U.S. or Canada is an experience all on its own. But being Black in a smaller predominately White spaces within a larger PW spaces can be like living in the damn Twilight’s Zone. Adam Mbowe’s short documentary Colourstruck features the perspectives of six Black Canadians living in Calgary and the white shit that’s got them f*cked up.
