They wore WHAT???? Yes they did, and we love it.

From clothing to accessories to face-paint and everything in between, there are absolutely no boundaries to AFROPUNK fashion. The inspiration is endless as festival-goers make the lawn their runway, and thanks to the work of photographers like Delphine Diallo, their creativity and innovation not only immortalize, but work themselves into the fabric of AFROPUNK culture as we know it.

Diallo’s beautiful portraits allow viewers to get up-close-and personal through her acclaimed portrait style photographs.

The details of her subjects add to the shifting definition of both AFROPUNK style and spirit in a single frame. The artistry stretches far beyond the stage, and we can’t wait to see what 2017 fest will bring!
