12-year-old responds to school bullies by launching her own fashion line

Oh, to be 12-years-old and so self-assured, confident, and poised. Fashion Designer Egypt Ufele is one such badass. Not yet in High School, Egypt’s Chubiiline collection has showcased at New York Fashion Week and garnered the pint-sized fashionista plenty of media coverage. Initially created as a response to the kids who bullied her in school, Chubiiline is a plus-sized collection of fashion-forward cuts and prints meant to make wearers stand out and feel proud, not fit in.

I’m willing to bet those same kids who bullied Egypt will be the first ones begging for custom prom dresses.
