mixtape #71 is your soundtrack for taking to the streets and taking to the polls

November 2, 2020

The stakes have never been higher, but the stakes have always been high. Voting is the start, and the work can’t be done without it. But the long-term work of strategizing and organizing is how justice is found, and it’s the work of a lifetime. This month’s Mixtape brings together songs that highlight the urgency, the strategy, and the need for self-care to survive the storm. Play it loud while you go out to vote, and then play it louder the next day when you take to the streets to hold them accountable.
