At a moment when it is all too easy to give in to despair, it’s absolutely essential to find time to take care of our emotional selves. Luckily Brooklyn DIY mainstay Steff Reed’s latest single is three and a half minutes of pure unadulterated joy. The Jypsy Jeyfree-assisted “Armageddon” is a reminder to seize the day, with a hook that’ll stick in your head for weeks. The video, directed by Jeyfree while the two were in Santiago, is full of warm colors and visuals with the two just being the most fucking adorable. I don’t know about you, but I needed this today.

Steff Reed explains, “My message is Love. I want viewers to feel inspired and hopeful.” Fitting for a video inspired by John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s famous Bed-In, Reed adds “It’s about cherishing those that mean the most to you & savoring those moments. Because inevitably, one day will be our last.”
