Summer is made for long walks in the warm sun and picnics in the park with your lover, but as we head into Cuffing Season and the temperatures drop, our walks will become less leisurely, more brisk, and picnics will soon be out of the question. What lovebirds hope for, is that their passion won’t cool with the change in seasons.

Brooklyn-by-way-of Buffalo crooner Quinton Brock is choosing to savor the fleeting sweetness of summer love as we head into fall with the idyllic new video for “Hold Me,” the latest single from his album Scooter. The video,  directed by Jake Robbins, features snapshots of Brock in the midst of tender moments with a love interest in a heartwarming display of Black love.  “The video is my farewell to summer and summer love,” Brock says. And a fond farewell it is. Just in time for New York Fashion Week Brock sprinkles in a little Black-owned drip into the visuals: “I really wanted to showcase some of my favorite Black designers in the video. We’re wearing Telfar, Griselda (GXFR), and jewelry by Khiry!
