terre rouge: reclaiming passion and rebirth in 2019
This year, one of my challenges in photography is to showcase African style and fashion. “Terre Rouge” is the first chapter of this story that begins. Here is the “Red Clay Agbada,” a boubou made by L’empreinte Noire. A really beautiful piece. It exists into different colors but I choose the red one because this color recalls passion. It is also known in Africa as the color of palm oil and symbolizes rebirth in some African traditions.
