Congratulations are in order for transgender boxer Patricio Manuel who made history as an American super-featherweight when he won his match against Mexican Hugo Aguilar in a unanimous decision. The 33-year-old from Los Angeles was overjoyed by his accomplishment stating that all the hard work and pain had been worth it to get to this moment.
“I wouldn’t trade any of it. It was worth everything I went through to get to this point. I’m a professional boxer now. It’s a high right now. I’m just really happy. This is the definition of true happiness in this moment.”
Hell yeah, f*ckin’ right. Congratulations to Manuel for this match and all his future success!
