23-year-old black french man launches video game studio dedicated to africa
Masseka Game Studio is the epic gaming company by 23-year-old Teddy Kossoko back in 2015 after he graduated from a Computer Science Applied to Business Management (MIAGE), the project began with the intention to highlight and showcase some of the technological achievements of artists from and the culture of the Central Republic of Africa. Through imaginative world-building told on smartphone gaming platforms, Kossoko hopes to promote messages of peace and also innovation.
The Studio’s first game Kissoro Tribal is the digital equivalent to one of the oldest board games in the world, which you might now know as “Mancala”, which originated on the content before spending to the Asias, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Play it, here!
