why tf is espn mad at host jemele hill for calling trump a white supremacist?
SportsCenter co-host Jemele Hill said some real shit about Donald Trump and now the white boys over at ESPN aren’t happy.
Despite the fact that last month, the vast majority of Americans sat slack-jawed in horror as a sitting President co-signed the belligerent mob of neo-Nazis and white supremacists who participated in the Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville, where a young protester, Heather Heyer, lost her life.
But now, a month later, black people are being punished for calling DJT exactly what he is; a white supremacist.
Instead of supporting the sports anchor an opinion that wasn’t even controversial three weeks ago, ESPN issued a statement publicly condemning Hill’s words as “inappropriate”, ensuring (white) viewers that she would be dealt with.
Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists.

He is unqualified and unfit to be president. He is not a leader. And if he were not white, he never would have been elected

Trump is the most ignorant, offensive president of my lifetime. His rise is a direct result of white supremacy. Period.

Because the only thing more inappropriate than being a racist is calling one out, apparently.
