solange’s new album “a seat at the table” will feature q-tip, kelela, dev hynes, sampha & more

September 28, 2016

Excuse me while I lose my mind. Songstress and Black creative goddess Solange announces her new album “A Seat At The Table” and from the looks of it, it’s going to be all kinds of Black genius. Her website has been updated to a minimalistic design with a few select snapshots, a submission form, and a digital book to accompany album. It seems that Solange has taken a cue from her sister Beyoncé, announcing the album just two days prior to its release, but I’m not complaining. With features from Q-Tip, Kelela, Dev Hynes, Sampha, Lil Wayne, Kelly Rowland, and more, I’m not sure if the universe can handle the vibes we’re about to receive, but god are we thankful.
