feature: bogotá-based art collective juan & diego says “punk’s not white” with kickass series

April 8, 2016

Juan & Diego are an illustration collective from Bogotá, Colombia who draw kickass punk-rock inspired imagery, iconography, and characters. Their “Punk’s Not White” series is quickly becoming my favorite thing in life. Of course, punk is for everybody, but there’s something particularly defiant about being a POC in any aggressive, underground, white scene, where some don’t think we belong. Check out some of those illustrations down below and follow them on Tumblr, Instagram, and Flickr.
