Myavana, the first hair care recommendation system for women of color – created by co-founders Candace Mitchell, Jessica Watson, Chanel Martin, and Joy Boulamwini

Black History Milestones

Black History Milestones, co-founded by Nnanna Obuba and Chidi Oparah – the app helps people to improve upon their knowledge of black history. 

Matatu

Matatu, a two-player Ugandan card game – Terry Karungi was the only woman to work on the team that created the app.
