video premiere: get down to kandace springs’ funky ‘love got in the way’

Groove to this! Today we’re premiering AFROPUNK Fest alum Kandace Springs’ video for her funky tune ‘Love Got In The Way’.
Kandace and her team tell us: “We were Inspired by the urban environment and wanted to keep that urban feel. One of our favorite places to film is Brooklyn because it’s so dope there. When we were scouting locations we met a guy on the street who owned a vintage motorcycle shop. He told us that a lot of car junkies park their vintage cars on nearby streets and in the lot. This was perfect because, after music, Kandace’s second love is vintage cars. In fact her jeep is in the video.”
