get down to curtis harding’s future-funk classic “it’s not over”
There’s a time to let it go and a time to fight. Curtis Harding knows that better than anyone on his latest single, “It’s Not Over”. An impossibly groovy romantic jam filled with soul, love, and desperation, because love is pretty much all about making an ass of yourself. Marinated heavily in vintage soul, the crispness of Harding’s soaring vocals are still somehow refreshing and original over such a familiar sound and vibe. It’s magnificent.
