AFROPUNK Paris alums and Houston-based 8-piece ensemble The Suffers are back! Following their award-winning debut self-titled album in 2016, the jazzy Kam Franklin-fronted band drop their first single since, the infectious “I Think I Love You.”

Describing the moment of just (maybe) tipping into infatuation, the track is the perfect just-before love song, right in time for the season of all your exes popping back into your life and of warm bodies laying next to you in bed sounding better than ever.

“Just in time for cuffin’ season,” the group writes on the track’s posting on SoundCloud. “Here’s a track to inspire you to stop playin’ games and find somebody to get warm with.”

Established in 2011, The Suffers was put together by bassist Adam Castaneda and vocalist/keyboardist Pat Kelly, who brought on trumpet player Jon Durbin, trombonist Michael Razo, guitarist Kevin Bernier, percussionist Jose “Chapy” Luna, and drummer/vocalist Nick Zamora, with the powerhouse-voiced frontwoman Kam Franklin topping the group off.

Their next album is slated for a 2018 release, and they kick off a North American tour in the Spring.
