Joseph Eze is a Nigerian artist whose work is a mix of vibrant paintings, sculptures, and fashion. Majoring in painting, Eze graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with Second Class Upper in Fine and Applied Arts. Based in Lagos, the artist’s motif of glamorously designed  bare bodies in his paintings brings to mind the ancient practice of bodily decoration in the south-eastern region of the country.
