Brandon “JAI” Hicks better known as JAI is a LA-Based DJ by way of Boston, MA. Born to a Trinidadian mother, JAI grew up in a household that defines his genre-bending dj style. Fairly new to the DJ scene, JAI began taking his craft seriously 2 years ago and has became a house-hold name in the Los Angeles area. DJing some of the biggest Afro-Beats events to hit the city, featuring appearances from the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy and DJ Spinall. With a motive to bridge the gap between the motherland and African-Americans , and to showcase the influence of his Caribbean upbringing, JAI’s one goal every set is to make the people move.
