Born and bred in New York, GabSoul is a Caribbean-American DJ, writer, and curator best known for her soulful energy and eclectic sound selections. She has created soundscapes for AFROPUNK Fest, MoMA PS1’s Warm Up Series, Brooklyn Museum, Lincoln Center, “Ladies Night” on Radio 103.9FM, and beyond; and currently contributes to the Caribbean diasporic culture publication Large Up!. When she isn’t performing and blazing the turntables at the various parties and events throughout her creative communities, she’s curating her own. Her latest series, Solful Sessions, offers a platform and safe spaces for light-beings and free spirits to share high vibrational experiences through music. GabSoul uses all of her curations as vessels to spread love, mindfulness and positive energy; and to encourage people to walk tall in their truth and connect with their highest self.
