“As a queer Nigerian-American, I want to use my platform to represent and uplift marginalized voices in the industry and in society as a whole,” Uniekue says.

With over 250,000 followers on social media, Uniekue is a leading voice of GenZ, offering comedic commentary, fashion and skincare advice, lifestyle inspiration, and a commitment to raising awareness about social issues. She collaborates with a wide range of brands across different industries, all while remaining true to her core values of legacy, community, love, authenticity, experimenting, and joy.

“I believe that fashion is a form of self-expression and a way to tell a story. It’s not just about looking good, but about feeling confident and empowered,” Uniekue explains. “I’m all about experimenting with different styles and breaking the rules. Fashion should be fun and playful, and I want to inspire others to take risks and be creative with their outfits.”

Uniekue’s personal style is a culmination of all types of inspirations, including her love for comic books, animation, and visual artistry. She connects the dots in styling outfits and is always on the lookout for new sources of inspiration, such as songs and art. Uniekue sees fashion as a way to explore self identity and part take in storytelling. She encourages her followers to experiment and make fashion playful again, as she’s consistently doing.

“Community is everything to me. I want to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported, both online and offline,” Uniekue says. “Sustainability is a big part of my values and something I strive to incorporate into all aspects of my life. I believe that we have a responsibility to take care of the planet and each other.”

Despite her busy schedule, Uniekue remains grounded by spending time with her chosen family and practicing gratitude through a journal. Everyday Uniekue prioritizes identifying things she’s grateful for. She is also deeply committed to community building and sustainability, both online and in-person, and finds ways to incorporate movement and self-care into her daily routine.

“I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far, and I’m excited to see where my career takes me next,” Uniekue says. “I want to continue using my platform to create positive change and inspire others to be their authentic selves.
