The bad news is we’re probably in for a few more weeks of self-isolation and social distancing. The good news is that so many organizations and content providers are making it easier and cheaper than ever to marvel at the brilliant work of creative human beings. It’s real nice. Back in 2018, London’s Victoria & Albert Museum celebrated the achievements and artistry of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo with a major exhibition including clothing, archives, and precious personal objects of Kahlo’s herself. And if you missed out on the exhibition, it was damn near impossible to enjoy what was featured. Until now. Now, Google Arts & Culture has opened a digital, interactive exhibition featuring more than 800 paintings, photographs, and objects belonging to the artist. Using an ultra-precise magnifying glass tool, users can examine each piece in the finest of detail.

An epic collaboration between Google and 33 International museums, Face of Frida is yours to explore, here.
