Charly Palmer is one of the foremost Black fine artists working today. Making searing visual commentary on the black American experience through his wide-ranging works. An artist that uses traditional paint on canvas artistically a medium aid his interpretation of the black experience through its rich pigmentation and graffiti-like effect.
