Nerika is a 22-year-old NYC based singer songwriter who likes to think of herself as a “cultural misfit”. The energetic songstress found hard to protect and maintain her Jamaican heritage as black girl in the New Hampshire suburbs and her artistry is apart of the mission. With a heavy dose of Caribbean vibes and smooth afrobeat melody that jumps off from the moment you press play, “Runnin’” is utterly infectious.
