Racists have their panties in a bunch after queer rap phenom Cakes Da Killa invoked the spirit of Black History Month to remove overeager fans from his performance stage.

A video of the incident shows the rapper waving party goers away and saying, “When I said it was Black History Month, I mean, like, I need all you Blacks on the stage,” with a chuckle. “Shut the privilege at the door,” he added.

Cakes, whose real name is Rashard Bradshaw, was performing at New York City club night Battle Hymn this Saturday.

Predictably, DaWhites who responded to an aghast Metro UK article about the incident (which we won’t link to here because they live for the racist drama) were hella pressed at the request, even though NO ONE should have been on stage at all.

Though they really didn’t deserve one, Cakes followed up to confirm the obvious fact that the comment was “light hearted,” but also it was something “THAT (HE) MEANT” (caps lock his).

Happy Black History Month!
