Black Out 2022 is the third and final prequel short leading up to the release of the highly-anticipated Blade Runner 2049. Directed by Cowboy Bebop’s Shinichiro Watanabe and scored by mastermind producer and AFROPUNK alum Flying Lotus, Black Out 2022 is a fantastic anime that bridges the last gap in the timeline between the original Blade Runner and the upcoming film, hitting theaters October 6th.
