Since taking office, Trump has routinely expressed support for police brutality. From pardoning a sheriff who broke the law targeting POC to detain in his “concentration camp”, to telling an audience of police officers not to bother protecting citizens from harm while in police custody.

In addition to surrounding himself with white supremacists and his support of the Unite The Right rally “protestors” chanted anti-Semitic nonsense, terrorized inter-faith church-goers, and shared fundamental beliefs with a fellow white nationalist protestor who killed Heather Heyer, President Trump’s brief legacy could easily be defined by his abhorrent white supremacy and anti-Semitism.

President Trump’s abusive behavior towards pro-athletes (and black Americans in general) over the weekend is just another example of this President’s disrespect of the constitution, his utter disdain for POC, and his truly disturbing authoritarian leanings.

When the guy who thinks there are “very fine people” amongst a crowd of belligerent neo-Nazis and neo-Confederacy treasonists calls you a “son of a bitch”, you’re probably onto something.
