zazie beetz slays as domino in marvel’s upcoming ‘deadpool 2’

FX’s award-winning Atlanta might be taking a break for a year, but it’s stars surely aren’t. While Donald Glover gears up to kick ass as Young Lando in the Han Solo Star Wars film, Atlanta co-star Zazie Beetz will kick some of her own as Deadpool newcomer Domino (a.k.a Neena Thurman), and her first look was just revealed on fellow Deadpool 2 actor Ryan Reynolds’ Instagram page!

Domino is best known as a member of the X-Force, an off-shoot of the X-Men. She has superhuman marksmanship and can alter probability. In the comics, she has pale white skin and a black patch around her eye, but in the film it seems they are leaving Zazie’s brown skin alone and reversing the color scheme, so that the patch around her eye is lighter. Deadpool 2 is set for release in 2018.
