premiere: scraaatch’s cut up mix teases baltimore’s inclusive brown paper zine and small press fair

Remember when Frank Ocean made everyone watch a live stream of him do construction while his unreleased album played softly in the background? Well this is the opposite of that. Noisey and disorientating, but hang with it! The surprisingly moody mix is a specially curated mix of music based on the upcoming Baltimore event series, The Cut Up Series Part III, Brown Paper Zine and Small Press Fair, taking place next weekend, April 29-30, at the Eubie Blake Cultural Center in downtown Baltimore, MD. The event is being put on by Abdu Ali’s KAHLON, The Agency & 3 Dot Zine with the aim to connect local artists and musicians with Zine makers and small presses and more, and give these folks a platform to showcase their work.
