cameroon-born photographer mario epanya highlights the many shades of black beauty in new book

The brainchild of Paris-based Cameroon-born photographer, Mario Epanya, “Beautiful” is a new book that celebrates black beauty and editorial glamour. With the hope of contributing to the exposure and representation of beauty Epanya aims to showcase diversity in a myriad of shades. “Beautiful“ features portraiture and fashion editorial photography staring both models and non-models alike. Epanya’s work has be published by New African Woman and Zen Magazine and seen in campaigns for L’Oreal Paris and Maybelline New York. “Beautiful“ will be released on April 24th by Shoko Press.
