new clothing line melaninphactor is celebrating the beauty in the spectrum of blackness

Black women are the fastest growing segment of entrepreneurs in the US, with a 322% increase in Black female-owned business in the past two decades. Black women are rocking it starting businesses in every shape, size, industry, and offering, and women like Crystal Perry are leading the charge. Perry is a Houston, TX native making her mark in socially aware entrepreneurship with her clothing line Melaninphactor. Crystal Perry is “am a black girl who always loved her brown skin.” She’s encouraging others to celebrate their skin tone, whatever it may be. At maturity, Melaninphactor will also include empowerment camps and sessions for girls ages 5-17, so Crystal can pay forward the magic she’s accumulated in her life and pay it forward.
