new music: aaron taylor’s groovy ep, ‘still life’

January 29, 2016

In the past few months London has been producing a good amount of talented artists such as Nao, Little Simz, Jorja Smith, and etc. Today another artist blossomed, he goes by the name of Aaron Taylor. Aaron has just released his neo-soul influenced Still Life EP. The 6-track EP opens up with a quirky, percussive nature complimented with a D’angelo-esque brass and falsetto vocals. Each track was well thought out from inputting snippets of important speeches to his deep lyrics sung beautifully. His smooth instrumentals skillfully flow through the project. If you want a D’angelo and Raheem Devaughn type of vibe, this may be the EP for you. Check out the project below!
