Check out the new images from Congolese photographer Christin Bela’s ongoing photo series, ‘African Queens’ – a series that he started while living in Asia (he is now travelling over Europe). Bela, who aims to publish the series in a coffee table book, states: “The main purpose of this series of photographs is to send a positive message to the world about Black culture. My focus is more on girls, and to show different images of our hair styles, fashion, our different bodies shapes, and to celebrate our diversity.” Take a look below.
