Published data from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) debunk long existing stereotypes about black fatherhood, proving that black fathers in America play as much of an active role in their children’s lives as other races. Although more likely to live separately from their children, the data shows that African-American fathers are just as hands-on when it comes to raising them.
