Watch this short clip on the life of Civil Rights leader Medgar Evers, assassinated in 1963 by Ku Klux Klan member Byron De La Beckwith. Today marks Beckwith’s conviction for that murder in 1994 (after two previous trials had failed to reach a verdict).
