As discussed yesterday, countless cases of black women murdered are being ignored in media coverage – not seen as significant for the mainstream audience. Sadly this is also the case for the transgender community, who in less than three weeks have already seen the murders of three trans women. Autostraddle have profiled those women here (two pictured, below). Rest in peace!
