New musician to watch Just Loud has managed to combine the best of the 70s and the 80s in his new single ‘Soul Train’ featuring the incomparable ‘Blondie’ frontwoman Debbie Harry. The newly released video is a 3-minute journey through a Glam-rock rabbit hole, depicting Just Loud and Harry in a high-speed chase through an animated wonderland. The video is directed by world-renowned Kidmograph (Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, and Tiesto) and premiered with V magazine.

The song packs just as much energy as the video, delivering a glittery rhythm line, palm-muted guitar and an irresistible chorus that combine to form a roaring anthem dedicated to funk. “Explaining the song Just Loud says, “I knew someone who was on ‘Soul Train’ years ago—she got kicked off. When we parted ways, I was like, ‘I’m gonna write a song about that.’ It’s a rebellious record — I want everyone to get up, move, and have a good time”.

“I’m glad I had a minute to hang with Just Loud the other night in Brooklyn at my Vans show. I’m glad to be doing a little bit on his latest single ‘Soul Train’. I actually performed on the TV show of the same name. I hope you all like the song.” – Debbie Harry

‘Soul Train’ is the second single from Just Loud’s forthcoming self-titled debut album, out on November 16th.
