Playful and pretty are two of the words that come to mind when you see Sweet’s illustrations of original characters. Working and living in Guadeloupe, the young artist is also the illustrator of the book, ‘Cheveux crépus : mode d’emploi’ or ‘Kinky Hair: Instructions for Use’, a maintenance and education guide for black girls with natural hair textures.
