feature: uk creative collective sxwks shrug off societal restrictions in favor of unadulterated artistic freedom

June 9, 2016

SXWKS is a creative collective made up of illustrators, photographers, musicians, poets, and interdisciplinary artists who come together to form a passionate community that supports and nurtures imaginative freedom. Named after and inspired by the ‘six weeks’ of summer vacation youngsters get in the UK. SXWKS aims to recreate that same sense of wonder, exploration, and total freedom for young artists to grow and experiment. Down below, check out some works from a few SXWKS artists, visit their website for more.
