Listen to the new single from New York Indie/folk singer songwriter Aisha Badru, ‘Young’. The 23 year-old Yonkers based musician tells us, “I was a bedroom singer-songwriter up until about a year ago when I finally started sharing my music online and to small crowds that turned into larger crowds. My goal and biggest hope with music is to make people feel things, authentic things. To connect with feelings of melancholia, happiness, and all things in between that makes us human; to relate to others beyond the surface and maybe be that person that makes a stranger sitting somewhere behind a computer screen feel like they’re not alone.” Listen below and also stream Aisha’s previous EP.
