feature: honor among thieves’ debut is a hard rock kick in the teeth #soundcheck

NYC’s hard rock quartet Honor Among Thieves’ self-titled full length should come with a beer and a shot. With influences from Motorhead to Living Colour, the band’s music is a fierce kick in the teeth. Single “Friday Night Breakdown” is sleaze-rock at its finest. An ode to getting fucked up on the weekend, “a couple whiskey / followed by some lime,” it’s old school NYC hard rock like they don’t make anymore.
